BASI PILATES PROGRAMMES
BASI Pilates is dedicated to remaining true to art, science, and, most importantly, to Joseph and Clara Pilates. It strives to provide the highest level of Pilates education while simultaneously maintaining the integrity of the Pilates Method. At BASI Pilates, Pilates history and the legacy handed down by Joseph Pilates is honoured by providing students with a solid foundation in all aspects of the Pilates Method. As such, the entire original repertoire is customarily addressed and all equipment studied.
Facilitated by an exceptional group of faculty members at leading global studios, BASI Pilates strives to offer the most comprehensive Pilates education experience and educational resources available. BASI host studios, chosen according to stringent requirements, must be equipped with facilities of a high standard and comprehensive equipment in addition to adhering to the BASI principles of excellence and professionalism.
Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, Urban Spring Pilates is proud to be a participating BASI (Body Arts and Science International) Pilates host studio.
Affordable and adaptable in every setting, Pilates Mat work is regarded at BASI as the ‘crown jewel’ of Pilates.
