1:1 Private Pilates

1:1 Private sessions offer a more customised plan modified to individual client needs rather than a general class plan offered in a group setting. If you are new to Pilates or have an injury you are still recovering from, it is strongly recommended that you schedule several private sessions prior to joining a group class.

1:1 Pilates is highly beneficial to practitioners with a specific goal in mind, be it in relation to general fitness, rehabilitation or recovery, and for those wishing to gain a greater understanding of their bodies’ respective tendencies. The undivided, one-on-one attention derived from our qualified instructors will help you thrive quickly and effectively as part of your general fitness routine, especially when recovering from an injury or shoulder and back pain brought about by a sedentary, technology-focused lifestyle. Whether your preference is a moderate or a more advanced session, we are here to ensure that your time on the Pilates apparatuses is spent as constructively as possible.

1:2 Pilates (Duet)

Unsure about the prospect of flying solo on the Pilates apparatuses with an instructor? Then our instructor-led Duet sessions might be a more appealing option, particularly if you have a favourite workout buddy who can commit to the same weekly schedule while sharing more or less the same fitness goals. An additional bonus is being able to motivate one another during more trying moments on the Reformer or with small props exercises. Sometimes, the best things come in pairs.

Looking to balance personal attention with the energy of a small group? Our Trio Pilates sessions offer the perfect middle ground—three participants working closely with one instructor. It’s ideal for friends or family members who thrive on shared progress and enjoy a bit of friendly accountability. You’ll still get the benefit of tailored guidance while experiencing the added momentum that comes from moving in sync with others. Think of it as teamwork with a Pilates twist.
