Hot Reformer Pilates

Hot Reformer Pilates is an elevated take on the traditional Reformer class performed in a heated room (38°C–40°C). Designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and control, this class delivers a full-body workout that sculpts, strengthens, and lengthens — all while amplifying the benefits of Pilates.

The added heat increases circulation, deepens muscle engagement, accelerates calorie burn, and supports recovery — helping you achieve a stronger, leaner, and more sculpted body.

Expect precise, controlled movements that challenge your core, improve posture, and leave you feeling powerful and energised. Small props such as weights or resistance bands will be used to intensify the class.

Hot Reformer is suitable for all levels except for those who are first-time Reformer users. It is recommended to join at least one (1) Non-Hot Group Reformer before attending a Hot Reformer class.
