The first phase of the Legacy Program, as envisioned by Rael Isacowitz during his lifetime, is a three-day intensive seminar that explores the most advanced aspects of the Pilates-Method.

Led by experienced BASI faculty teams with years of expertise, participants embark on a journey of discovery and personal development while gaining access to the latest knowledge and innovations in the field.

With a strong emphasis on practical, hands-on learning and individualized instruction, this program offers a unique opportunity to deepen one’s understanding and mastery of the Pilates-Method.

Day 1

Date: 17 April 2026 (Friday)
Time: 11am-6pm

OBJECTIVES

Primary concepts covered include teaching methodology, the art of cueing and cueing as a process; as well as a discussion on higher principles. New repertoire will be taught on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair and Step Barrel.

Day 2

Date: 18 April 2026 (Saturday)
Time: 12pm-7pm

OBJECTIVES

Concepts covered include exercise progression and programming, the Block System, programming for different populations, program progression and selecting the appropriate level for clients. New repertoire will be introduced on the Reformer, Wunda Chair and Cadillac.

Day 3

Date: 19 April 2026 (Sunday)
Time: 12pm-7pm

OBJECTIVES

Concepts covered are exercises analysis through movement, muscle testing, movement observation and analysis, and advanced level work as a goal. Implementation of these concepts will be discussed. More new repertoire will be introduced on the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, Step Barrel and Ladder Barrel.
